District Court Rules FedEx Misclassified Former Pick-Up and Delivery Drivers

Here is yet another example for employers that misclassifying employees as independent contractors can have huge negative impacts on their businesses, and that even their promotional materials can be used against them in a court of law.

FedEx recently found this out when the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts ruled that they had misclassified former pick-up and delivery drivers as independent contractors.
